we were very pleased with the decent sized room with great breakfast on offer.

Just loved the surprise of finding cobwebs in the room and other people's hair on the floor. So disappointing!

I had an really good experience at the hotel. The staff were really nice too solve a problem with our bus ticket to Pakxe. They promptly called the travel agency and even purchased a new sleeper bus ticket for us. The hotel staff went the extra mile.

The breakfast options were fantastic, with a wide selection that provided a satisfying start to the day. the staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. the hotel's location was great, situated in a good part of town and within close proximity to the night market.

The room was quite spacious and the bed was comfortable for a good night's sleep. The hotel's location was convenient, being near the popular Impeng Temple and the beautiful Mekong River. It was also a short distance from the lively night market, shops, and restaurants.

The room was not properly cleaned, with other people's hair on the floor and cobwebs in various places. There was also a lack of basic amenities, such as a bedside table and lamp, and there was no soap provided for the wash basin.

Excellent location near various amenities such as markets, currency exchange, and rental services. Quiet surroundings ensure peaceful sleep. Accommodating staff helped arrange bus transportation.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I really liked the friendly and helpful staff. They were always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel's location was also a major plus, being just a short walk away from the bustling Night Market and surrounded by a variety of restaurants and shops. the clean and spacious rooms provided a comfortable stay.

I found the mornings to be a bit noisy, as I could hear noise from other guests in their rooms, even when they were taking a shower. The breakfast offered was not the best, although the smoothies were quite good.
